$100 Confederate States Bond

Non-issued $100 Non-Taxable Certificate out of Richmond, Va dated Feb 17th, 1864. A wonderful outdoor imprint on the upper left hand corner. It appears to have been in a book and is still a fixed to that page. There is no written ink as it is un-issued, however, the printed ink is vivid and easily read.
