Smith & Wesson Model 2 Army revolver that has been cleaned at one point with a gun metal tone throughout that is aging nicely. There is pitting noted evenly throughout the iron. Remnants of the makers stamp is present on the top of the 6 inch barrel. The SN is on the iron back strap matches on the inside of the walnut grips. It has the desirable early number of 34xxx.

The action works nicely and is tight. The barrel hinges are tight and there is no wiggle in the barrel. The screw on the hings has an old repair.
