Here is a nice letter written in 1864 from White Bluff, (Dixon, Co.), Tennessee on February 29th, 1864. The letter is written on patriotic lined paper and the written ink is vivid and easily read. The content is in regards to a wood delivery to 'Section 32' of the Nashville and North Western Rail Road at three dollars per cord. Signed Wm. G. Mitchell / James Howell.
